Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through Angel Dreamline.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you agree to these terms, together with our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

Products and customization

We offer both standard products and personalized/custom-made products.

For custom products, customers are responsible for checking all selected options before placing an order, including uploaded images, text, spelling, sizes, colors and other customization details.

Angel Dreamline may contact the customer if additional information is required before production can begin.

Image and design rights

By uploading images, logos, text or other content for customization, you confirm that you have the right to use that content and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property or other rights.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if the submitted content is unlawful, infringing or otherwise unsuitable for production.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable taxes where required.

Shipping charges and any applicable additional costs are shown before the order is completed.

Payment

Payment is processed through the payment methods available at checkout.

For some custom orders, payment may initially be authorized and captured only after the order details have been reviewed.

Order acceptance

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that production has started. We reserve the right to contact you if there is an issue with the order, customization details, uploaded files or product availability.

Production and delivery

Production and delivery times are estimates. Custom-made products may require additional processing time.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns and cancellations

Returns, withdrawals and cancellations are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy and applicable Swedish and EU consumer law.

Personalized or custom-made products may be excluded from the standard right of withdrawal where permitted by law.

Defective or incorrect products

If a product is defective, damaged or does not match the order, please contact us so the issue can be assessed and resolved in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Limitation

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under Swedish or EU law.
